Site and application terms
This website and the Udina Ads application are operated by Udina Foundry LLC. These terms describe their current purpose and use. A separate written engagement or agreement governs any services we agree to provide to a client or partner.
Corporate website
The website provides general information about our work and ways to contact us. Descriptions are not a commitment to accept a project, provide a particular result, or offer a fixed price. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its availability.
Authorized application use
Udina Ads is currently for our authorized operators, not a public self-service advertising platform. Operators must have permission to access the selected Google Ads account, comply with Google’s applicable terms and advertising policies, and protect account credentials.
Google account authorization is separate from approval to change campaigns or spend money. Operators must review the intended account, targeting, advertising copy, budgets, bids, dates, and proposed changes before acting. Publishing this website or the application’s OAuth branding does not enable advertising.
Budgets, estimates, and results
Advertising forecasts and keyword bid estimates are not guaranteed prices, traffic, leads, revenue, or profit. Google’s delivery and billing rules apply to the selected budget type; an average daily budget is not necessarily a hard daily cap. A paused campaign must not be treated as an approved campaign launch.
Campaign changes can affect account settings and spending. The current application requires review for its supported changes and does not provide autonomous campaign enablement or budget increases. Operators remain responsible for the actions they authorize and for reviewing provider confirmations and actual account state.
Third-party and consumer services
Google and other providers operate their own services under their own terms. Udina Ads is not endorsed or certified by Google merely because it uses a Google API. Consumer websites and independent service providers have their own service availability, pricing, notices, and agreements; a link or call does not guarantee that a repair provider can accept a job.
Privacy and account control
Our privacy policy explains Google Ads data access, storage, sharing, retention, revocation, and deletion requests. Do not post credentials or consumer contact records in public reports or support messages.
