Privacy policy

Udina Foundry LLC operates this corporate website and Udina Ads, our operator-controlled desktop tool for Google Ads reporting and reviewed campaign operations. This policy covers those services. Our consumer websites provide their own notices about calls and analytics; for example, see Get Me Appliance Repair’s privacy and site information.

Corporate website and email

Our hosting providers process connection and security information, such as IP address, request time, and requested page, to deliver and protect this website. The corporate site currently has no contact form, account registration, advertising pixels, or website analytics SDK. Its own scripts provide presentation behavior, not visitor profiling.

If you email us, we and our email providers receive the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, discuss an engagement, or maintain related business records. Please do not email passwords, OAuth tokens, or unnecessary consumer contact information.

Google Ads data we access

Udina Ads accesses Google Ads data only after an authorized operator grants Google authorization and only for configured advertising accounts. Depending on the approved operation and the operator’s account role, this can include account identifiers, currency and time zone, campaign and ad-group settings, advertising text, keywords and targeting, and aggregate performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, and cost.

The Google Ads authorization scope can permit both reading and managing advertising data. Our application adds account allowlists and review controls; a broad OAuth permission is not itself permission for an operator to launch an unapproved campaign. The application does not request Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts, or calendar data.

How we use Google Ads information

We use authorized advertising data to operate our own advertising, understand campaign performance, prepare campaign plans, check proposed changes, and carry out explicitly approved account operations. Local plans, reports, and audit receipts may contain account settings and aggregate metrics. We do not use Google Ads data to build general-purpose AI training datasets or for unrelated consumer profiling.

Storage, access, and sharing

OAuth credentials are stored in an operator-controlled private credential store outside the public website and source repository. The tool uses HTTPS to communicate with Google. The current local store relies on operating-system file permissions; this policy does not represent it as a separately managed encrypted vault. Credentials are not published in browser configuration or public reports.

Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers needed for the requested operations, security, hosting, or business administration. Authorized analysis tools may process campaign settings and aggregate metrics for those purposes. We do not sell Google user data, give OAuth credentials to unrelated third parties, or permit use outside the purposes disclosed here. Google processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy policy.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Udina Ads’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Retention and deletion

We retain local authorization credentials while account access is needed, and retain operational plans, reports, and audit records only as needed for the disclosed operations, security, accounting, and applicable legal obligations. Operators remove credentials and unneeded exports when access is no longer required. The current tool does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

You can request removal of application-held Google Ads data or locally stored authorization credentials by emailing hello@udinafoundry.com. We verify that the request is authorized before deleting records and retain only information we must keep for applicable legal obligations. Deleting our local records does not delete information held in your Google Ads account.

Revoke Google access

You can revoke Udina Ads’ authorization through your Google Account’s third-party connections. Revocation stops further authorized access using that grant; it does not automatically erase previously saved local reports or change campaigns already created. Contact us to request deletion or to coordinate any required campaign changes.

Updates and questions

We update this notice when our practices materially change. The effective date appears above. Direct privacy questions or requests to Udina Foundry LLC at hello@udinafoundry.com.
